Our bespoke experience comes from Jessica Hillbrick (a French trained Pastry Chef). Le Cordon Bleu trained Jessica knows good pastry. After working in Accounting for five years, Jessica followed her passion for pastry to some of London's finest High Tea establishments. She has created the menu at Mary Eats Cake bringing a modern fresh twist to High Tea tradition.
